The Evil on Hearth
Previously I wrote a document that tries to encapsulate my principles of what it means to be Human to me.
Yes, Human, not beast.
One of my statements is Children are a Priority
I don't think there is anything else that should unite us most as Humans. It is just a basic principle:
Preserve the species and the innocents.
And yet, in the light of the so-called "Epstein files", here we are in silence, observing what seems like a distant world.
Are we complicit?
Are we scared of the files?
Why do we have in place systems that corrupt our soul?
Why do we lie to ourselves in the light of such "Progress", while the same ones who scream about it do so with grief and no morals?
Is this what progress is about?
Have world leaders been in orgies raping children?
It's funny how much discomfort this word creates in me and how scared I am of writing it down.
Why is that?
Do I feel judged?
It's like my head says: "Mauro... why do you want to talk about this difficult theme... no one wants to engage with this... you will 'ruin' your reputation... Your priority should be to find a job and provide for your kid."
But seriously...
Do I really want to live in a world where screaming about the crime is as bad as committing it?
The other argument that I hear about this silence is:
Why do you care so much about what happens in America?
There is so much injustice around the world.
You're not in control, you can't solve it.
This is true if you think these people live and act in a vacuum, that they have not built a worldwide system.
That they do not use you and your resources to inflate further their wealth.
That after being all together in the same rape ritual, they feed you propaganda to send soldiers to die for more money.
That those who die in wars and conflicts or poverty are just the byproduct of who we are and not a scheme to keep monsters in power.
I am not free of any evil. I am not a priest. I am Human.
But I am not a Monster.
We have created those systems that corrupt the soul.
We are in control of them, we just need to speak up.
It is no longer time to stay silent, Good should prevail.
We can rebuild systems where good prevails.
We don't need to be perfect, we just don't need to be Monsters.
